Boxing Classes
Current research highlights that structured, non-contact boxing can make a meaningful difference for neurodiverse and SEND learners. Studies find regular sessions improve attention, self-esteem and emotional wellbeing, while helping to manage stress or anxiety. Peer interaction and movement-based routines can nurture confidence, resilience and focus.
Led by skilled coaches who understand neurodiversity, we create a welcoming, safe space for learners of all abilities to build self-belief and physical skill at their own pace
Our sessions are high-energy and provide a mix of simple routines, clear structure, combining boxing basics with fun drills and teamwork.
Coaching is available one-to-one or in small group sessions, all delivered at our friendly, Hemel Hempstead based club.
